Avoid making these top 5 mistakes to overcome your chronic insomnia and sleep problems in your 40s and 50s
Today we conclude the 4 part video series on how to overcome chronic insomnia and sleep problems in your 40s and 50s by addressing the top 5 mistakes that you want to avoid at all costs.
Truth be told, even I made some of these mistakes when I struggled with insomnia many years ago, so I’m sure you already know how you might have been misled by these mistakes as well. These common sleep mistakes and insomnia mistakes come up in conversations with clients all the time. But let’s make sure that you can avoid making some of these to help you on your way to overcoming your long-term insomnia and sleep problems as well.
The reason I wanted to talk about these mistakes to avoid when struggling with insomnia is because these can really set you back for months if not years. Retraining your body and mind to sleep well, even if you’ve struggled for months or years is completely possible and these insomnia mistakes are part of what will prevent you from achieving that sooner.
In today’s video, I’ve also talked about how you can start avoiding these mistakes or how to move forward if you’ve already experienced how these mistakes affected your sleep for the worse.
Of course, if you have any questions about today’s topic or how to overcome your chronic insomnia or sleep problems this year, feel free to reach out.
