This website was born back in 2014 and this website represents all that the methodology entails as well as other recourses you are able to use to improve your sleep and other areas of your life. Beatrix A Schmidt, who is the author of the methodology, sleep coach and speaker has been passionately promoting the importance of sleep for years.
So whether you came across this website via meeting her at an event, during one her workshops or online events, reading one of her articles on another platform… or other ways, please be assured that we take your privacy very seriously.
