A lot of my work is automated, and I open up my diary for you to be able to arrange to speak to me. When I get a message with some information, I find it easier to simply have a conversation through a pre-arranged appointment, human to human, than rely on back-and-forth e-mails.

I only take on One-to-One clients after a Complimentary Sleep Assessment appointment. During this appointment and only if I think that my sleep coaching work is suitable for your sleep problems or insomnia, we'll discuss how you can work with me and the cost of the sleep coaching package.
