There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

What helps couples sleep together in the same room again - Sleep Coach Q&A

What helps couples sleep together in the same bed again?

More recently I've been working with clients who have problems sleeping with their partners, often leading to sleep divorce. If you don’t know what sleep divorce is, it’s simply when couples decide that sleeping in separate beds and rooms is a better option because they can’t seem to be able to sleep together.

I’ve talked about sleep divorce in a previous video (click here to watch that video as well), and it's not the best option for everyone really. I talked about how couples sleep together at night so many times in my practice.

So in today's video, we continue talking about this through an answer I shared with one of my group sleep coaching clients in the Sleep Skills for Life Programme.

The best evening routine will help you fall asleep no matter what happens, even if that means sleeping together in bed. If you can't sleep together with your partner in the same bed, it can be a very sad and disappointing part of the couple dynamic. Intimacy is impacted in different ways so I don’t always recommend sleeping in separate beds.

If you're curious to find out how to sleep together as a couple, then this video will start to introduce you to a few different things that can make a big difference.
