Without amazing teamwork, events can unfold very differently!

This is an image from the Bahrain Grand Prix yesterday during which Formula 1 driver Romain Grosjean walks away from a terrific accident.

His crash only resulted in minor injuries & burns and that's what shows how far Formula 1 has come over the years in terms of health and safety improvements and new technologies.

This example shows how important working as a team not just on the days when you need to but also practicing and continuing to better yourself for those days of the crisis.

Of course, you might say, that F1 is nothing like general life.

But I think it's very much a great example of what can be reached when you're passionate and driven to achieve your goals and work together with a high-performance team.

Yesterday was a great example of what years of training from the medical car team and all the people who were right there could do in an extremely terrific situation.

It's a great example also because Romain was also able to act and start getting himself out of the car, that was not a moment to freeze.

These drivers, the teams behind them, and the FIA side as well train over and over again, look at upsides and downsides, strategizing, and doing their best to improve each day.
