There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Unusual, uncomfortable and unfamiliar places to sleep...

Unusual, uncomfortable and unfamiliar places to sleep...

Unusual, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar places that don't help you sleep well at night at all.

How many times you might have been envious of a child sleeping peacefully in the middle of the day surrounded by noise and music (and so on)?

Maybe even wishing that you too could fall asleep anywhere and wake up refreshed ready to go, just like those children?

Falling asleep easily in places even if noise is around takes 'training', especially if your body and your mind are only used to a completely quiet environment.

This is almost always part of my work with clients who have struggling with insomnia or other sleep problems for a number of months.

And of course, it's possible to fall asleep in less than 'perfect' places!

Sleep is not such a mystical thing, it's a very practical 'skill' actually, just like physical exercise that you're not so good first, but then your body learns, builds those muscles, and gets used to even your heart rate increase - you get fitter through the process.

What was the most unusual, uncomfortable or unfamiliar place you fell asleep?

Yes, I know that there are extreme examples. But most people (in western cultures) tend to sleep in a pretty safe and comfortable place.
