Thank you for your support and wrapping up 2023
2023 has been a really good year and before I officially take some time out to recuperate, I wanted to record this short video to say thank you for being part of my online community.
I always valued the support from every person who wanted to learn from me when it came to overcoming long-term insomnia and sleep problems. I know how many resources there are to educate yourself on sleep and sleep problems. So choosing to learn from me is an absolute privilege for sure.
I’ve been helping clients learn how to overcome insomnia and sleep problems naturally for over 9 years. I’ve recorded so many videos, I’ve facilitated so many client sessions, I’ve answered countless questions and still, I’m curious to continue to learn more and more about sleep.
I’ve become interested in learning how sleep works and what is the natural treatment for insomnia ever since I struggled with insomnia myself many years ago. Once I overcame my sleep struggles, I started working with people to help them too and it’s been an incredibly rewarding profession to be involved in.
Teaching clients to develop sleep skills for life has definitely taught me what is possible when it comes to sleep. We can all learn to change our situation and finally learn to sleep well again consistently. So if you’re still struggling with sleep problems or insomnia, don’t give up. Keep looking for those practical things that you can put in place that deliver consistent results.
