There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Sleep Q&A - What can I do when I can't fall asleep because of anxiousness?

What can I do when I can’t fall asleep because of anxiousness

When you’re already going to bed with anxiousness, it’s often really difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep easily.

So sleep-related anxiety or even daytime anxiety before bed starts with working on the problem before it begins.

In this video, I’ll talk about the two types of anxiousness that I come across most often in my practice. One is daytime anxiousness resulting in lack of sleep and the second is sleep-related anxiety. What to do about these are not the same and it’s really important to seek appropriate help.
