Afternoon energy dips are really common especially if you don’t sleep at night or you struggle with insomnia, so in today’s video, we’ll talk about how to overcome tiredness in the afternoon or even that energy dip in the afternoon.
Feeling sleepy and tired in the afternoon can happen for many reasons, so please make sure that you don’t self diagnose but seek help if it happens all the time and you’re feeling exhausted rather than just tired.
It’s also important to know that feeling tired in the afternoon is a very different scenario from feeling sleepy in the afternoon but for you it might feel the same!
