I often get asked about how to stop tossing and turning at night in bed. It is a very common issue people like you struggle with, especially if you find it hard to fall asleep easily initially or fall back to sleep easily at night.
I still remember the times when I was tossing and turning in bed, getting annoyed and frustrated because I just wasn't able to figure out ways to relax in bed. There are many ways you can improve your relaxation in bed so you can finally stop tossing and turning at night. Sleep problems especially long term issues will take time and work to overcome but only if you focus on developing practical things that are effective.
