There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

World Mental Health Day - Beatrix A Schmidt

Our ability to keep our regular sleeping patterns tend to change because of mental health problems or illness.

No surprise there at all!

Even when you feel a bit upset or maybe even cried, you tend to feel tired and sleepy too.

So this irregular sleep pattern can be either sleeping too much or too little and even come with nighttime disturbances, especially when you compare it to previous sleep routines.

I mentioned sleeping too much in the first post on Monday but this particular link is more about the changes in the sleep patterns than about how much you might sleep.

This is the link that I see most often but sadly so many people don't take this sign very seriously and end up with additional issues that compile into a complicated maze of interlink problems.

Which is why I would really encourage you to seek help early.

No need to suffer for months on end.

World Mental Health is going to take place on Saturday this weekend, so look out for further resources from me on my social media channels or via my website.

Feel free to reach out to me so you can get the support you need.

I wanted to share this video about the difference between short term and long term insomnia:
