Watching tv before sleep or falling asleep watching something or even watching phone in bed is almost an everyday topic I talk auto my clients about. So let’s untangle this range of sleep myths around this.
Watching something to fall asleep might be something that is already part of your every day, with the access to technology these days, it’s so easy to just grab even your phone and open something to watch. Maybe you’re watching something to relax, maybe that is the only way you have learned how to relax before bed, these are all those scenarios I’ve heard from clients over the years.
