In my practice, I worked with so many clients over the years who struggled with chronic insomnia for years (5, 10, 15, and some of them 25 years!). But the truth is that chronic sleep problems and chronic insomnia doesn’t have to rule your life.
So let’s really talk about how to treat chronic insomnia naturally without medication so you can find a practical treatment for long-term insomnia which is usually quite different than shorter-term sleep problems.
As a sleep coach for adults, I’ve talked about insomnia for many years now, but it’s still quite sad to see that so many people don’t find the appropriate chronic insomnia treatment that actually works for the long term.
