How to stop being a light sleeper?
How to stop being a light sleeper?
Being a light sleeper often comes up in conversation with clients especially when we discuss sleep problems and insomnia that has been around for a longer period of time.
But most people are not really aware of what is a light sleeper in a truly practical way, and how to become a deep sleeper. As I explain in today's video, being a light sleeper doesn't’ always mean that you’re actually a light sleeper. It can simply refer to having a sleep problem or even insomnia. So it's important that we talk about how to differentiate from these very different ‘definitions’.
The best way to figure out how to overcome light sleeping is to first look at it from a very practical perspective. So in today's video, we’ll look at why you might be a light sleeper, what heavy sleeper and deep sleeper is, and the difference between deep sleep and light sleep.
I’ll also talk about ways you can learn how to sleep deeper naturally, how to get deeper sleep more frequently and of course how to overcome long-term insomnia and sleep problems that have been linked to lighter sleeping too.
These simple steps that I share today will start helping you to put the necessary practical things in place to finally learn to sleep deeper.
