There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

How to overcome nighttime sleep disturbances

How to overcome nighttime sleep disturbances

Nighttime sleep disturbances are the second most common sleep problem that I come across in my practice.

Waking up in the night is a problem that many people like you struggle with.

So in this video, I’ll go through the 3 main types of sleep triggers that can cause you trouble staying asleep at night. Of course, the aim is that you stop waking up at night completely but we have to bear in a few things first.

If you can’t stay asleep at night, you’ll have to look at those sleep triggers that I discussed in this video and build and make sure that you seek the appropriate help depending on the root cause of why you have trouble staying asleep.

You see if you are looking for an appropriate ‘trouble staying asleep’ treatment, you have to start with what is happening first.

Struggling to stay asleep is also something that I struggled with, so I know how frustrating it can feel in the middle of the night!
