There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

How many hours do you actually have vs want?

How many hours do you actually have vs want?

How many hours do you actually have vs want?

'Time is precious' - you heard it before

'Don’t waste your time' - you definitely heard this before

But this quote resonated with me the most recently:
Time is a created thing. To say 'I don't have time,' is like saying, 'I don't want to. Lao Tau

We all have 24 hours in a day, that is how our life is set up.

But when someone is not able to sleep well at night they only have a limited time to rest and recharge usually because the alarm clock is the one the defines the time frame.

Do you really know how much time you require vs give yourself to fully recharge?

I don’t mean, kind of recharge or kind feel refreshed…

Do you hand on heart know how much time you need to feel that way, every single morning?

Sleep is not a waste of time, it doesn’t steal away precious time from you.

But you do have to want it enough to build your sleep skills and develop that great quality sleep at night that will give you time back simply because you will be more effective with those waking hours that you have.

It’s that simple.

(The only exception if you have a medical problem that is causing the sleep issue)
