It's always best to watch the entire video so that you can see the step-by-step explanation of how I use exercise in my practice helping clients.
But here are some chapters for you:

Dreams and sleep psychology are quite a fascinating part of my work. It doesn’t come up with every client that struggles with long-term insomnia and sleep problems, but when it does it’s often actually very important in the client’s situation.
There are often two main reasons for this. Either because their insomnia or sleep struggles resulted in more frequently waking up from a bad dream or remembering dreams after waking up. The second scenario is when they really miss remembering their dreams because they used to have good dreams.
So how to deal with bad dreams or the absence of dreams is what we’ll talk about more in today’s video.
Dreams and insomnia or sleep problems that have been around for a longer period of time have a quite unique relationship. As I mentioned, it’s not every client that even needs to address this to finally overcome their insomnia or sleep problems.
But if it comes up in conversation with clients, we work on why they might be waking up on a dream and does dreams mean anything in relation to their struggles. Often people really want to know what dreams indicate, but as you’ll hear me discuss this properly, there isn’t always a straight-up answer on what dreams might indicate.
I personally really enjoy answering these types of very unique sleep Q&A in my client work. These really lead us to a practical process that helps you just like my clients to become even more practically self-aware of how sleep psychology works out in daily life.
As always, feel free to let me know how today’s video relates to you in a practical way.
Until next time, have a good week.
