There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

36:23 Conclusions on how to future proof your sleep after overcoming long-term insomnia and sleep problems

In today’s video, I wanted to continue on from the video I posted last week when I shared my top 10 sleep coaching advice for long-term insomnia and sleep problems.

Since I overcame insomnia naturally without medication, well over 12 years ago I’ve learned so much more about sleep and what to do to sleep well consistently every night. Overcoming insomnia and sleep problems is completely possible but the other very important thing to work on is how to future proof your sleep for many years to come.

In my private sleep coaching practice, I first help clients learn how to overcome their long-term insomnia and sleep problems then teach them sleep skills for life to help them sleep well every night again.

The 10 ways to future proof your sleep I’m going to share with you are all things I have personally used to stop my insomnia from coming back or this idea of insomnia relapse. During the time you’ll focus on your insomnia recovery, your sleep will continue to change. What really helps to prevent further sleep problems in the future is to learn practical sleep skills that work with who you are. Those will continue to support you to sleep well for many years to come guaranteed.

I’m really looking forward to hearing which one of these helped you the most in the coming weeks.
