How to sleep through the night without disturbances

Part of the Sleep Skills For Life Masterclass Series by Beatrix A Schmidt

In the United Kingdom alone approximately 1 in 3 of us struggle with insomnia and other sleep problems, not even mentioning worldwide figures!

We all know that getting enough quantity and quality sleep is essential to be able to get through the day and function at our best.

Nighttime sleep disturbances are the second most common sleep problem that I come across in my practice. So let's go through what it actually takes to finally develop the practical tools and techniques to sleep through the night consistently.

What we'll cover during this Masterclass

Waking up in the middle of the night and then not being able to fall asleep for a long time or not at all is a really unpleasant experience. This often repeats night after night, sometimes without 'obvious' reasons.

By joining us for this Masterclass, I'll take you through a practical guide that I use to help my clients overcome nighttime disturbances and be able to sleep through the night consistently.

Sleep basics

We'll go through the sleep basics to help you understand why you're waking up in the middle of the night or not able to fall back into sleep again.

Sleep Questionnaire

You'll then go through The Sleep Deep Method® Sleep Questionnaire to assess the scale of your sleep problems or even insomnia.

Step-by-step guide

We'll then go through the step-by-step practical guide that I use to help my clients overcome their nighttime sleep problems.

Q&A Section

I've also answered the most commonly asked questions, and you'll be able to submit your personal questions.

Here is what others say about Beatrix's Masterclasses:

I often wake up early and struggle to get back to sleep. I thought it was normal to have disturbed night's sleep, waking up not feeling refreshed. And then I heard Beatrix gave a very insightful talk about how many people struggle to sleep properly.

Chantal - February 2021 (Public Masterclass)

Thanks for the pillars and the wheel of challenges. I struggled to understand why I cannot sleep and fight it because I’m tired. Last night after the Masterclass I created a series of steps I counted and stopped worrying about sleep.

Mike - February 2021 (Public Masterclass)

After many years of struggling, trying different methods without much success, I found the masterclasses gave me clear guidance, realistic goals, a better understanding of what causes my sleep issues and what it takes to address them.

James - April 2021 (Public Masterclass)

Beatrix's knowledge, experience & passion for quality sleep really shines through and is presented clearly, thoroughly, and compassionately via practical tips, easy-to-follow explanations, and tangible outcomes.

About Beatrix

Beatrix is a sleep coach, professional speaker, and the author of The Sleep Deep Method®.

Having struggled with insomnia and burning herself out in her mid-twenties, she spent the last 12 years researching sleep and learning that in order for us to sleep well at night, we need to look much deeper than just how tired we are and the number of hours we sleep.

She believes that sleeping well at night is a set of practical skills that we can all develop which is why she has launched the Sleep Skills For Life Masterclass Series in 2021.

For the last 7 years she's been working with professionals from all walks of life to help them overcome insomnia and other sleep-related problems, but primarily focusing on the sleep problems that are caused by lifestyle choices and changes.

In 2019 she completed the Edinburgh Sleep Science Course, accredited by the Royal Society of Physicians, and a course on CBTi (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia). She continues her research on the topic of sleep, insomnia, and other sleep problems as a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine.
