There are so many different over the counter sleep medication or sleep aids or supplements that are recommended to help you overcome your sleep problems or insomnia.
Most of the time, unfortunately these don’t seem to create consistently great results for people. And if you’re watching today’s video then I’m sure you’ve tried so many things already.

Some clients end up combining things, depending on the night. This is when I have to also work through over the counter sleep medication, other sleep aids and even supplements that a client takes.
Everything you take will have a certain influence on your sleep and how you see your situation, so it’s important that we talk about these things in a practical way rather than a scaremongering way.
Getting off sleeping pills even if they are the over the counter sleep aid type can be quite a challenging thing. Which is why in today’s video, I wanted to walk you through how I approach this in my sleep coaching practice and help clients overcome their insomnia or other sleep problems finally.
Sleeping well naturally without having to take over the counter sleep aids or other sleeping tablets is very possible, and I’ve seen countless examples of what is possible when a client really commits to doing the work that they need to do.
I’ll walk you through a step by step approach that I use in my practice, so you can really look at how you want to approach creating a practical plan that you can work through.
Coming off prescribed sleep medication or over the counter sleep aids (and other supplements) is completely possible, but please make sure that you consider all the things I mentioned in today’s video. This way you can set yourself up to be successful and really overcome your long-term insomnia or sleep problems for many years to come.
