Why your mind won’t let you sleep? | Part 3 - What stops you from falling asleep at night
We continue this series on what stops you from falling asleep easily at night. Today we’ll go through how the ways your mind works and its behaviours are the reason you can’t fall asleep easily at night. Your mind and what you see show up at night will be different from other people’s experiences.
The common behaviours I see in my practice are overthinking at night, racing thoughts at night, busy mind at night and there are many different ways your mind might be very overactive.
If you still haven’t found a way to figure out what stops you from falling asleep easily, then I’ll share how you can help your mind be less active at night. But remember, we’ll talk about sleep skill building, not random tips or advice that is unlikely to work for you.
I’m always curious to hear how my video resonated with you, be sure to get in touch let me know.
