There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Weekends can still be fun and enjoyable!

Weekends can still be fun and enjoyable!

I'm not going to pretend that all my weekends have been fun and enjoyable BUT it doesn't mean that we can find anything enjoyable to do even with social distancing in place.

Have you started to look at new hobbies, new interests as well as some old ones to bring back into your life too?

Most people don't really know that I basically learned more about cars way way way before I learned to put makeup on (or even pluck my eyebrows!).

My dad used to take us to race weekends at Hungaroring (Hungarian race circuit) to watch not only Formula 1 but also truck races, bike races which use to be part of the weekend back then. We'd watch the races almost religiously and I'd learn about cars, drivers, rules, and so on in my free time.

I was a huge fan of the Michael Schumacher vs Mika Hakkinen era.

Over the years, other hobbies took priority and I stopped watching all the races, partly because they became very predictable and a bit boring.

But, I'm back to watching the races and getting to know the cars, driver and rules... and it's been so much fun!

It's great to follow how the Red Bull team is trying to beat the Mercedes-AMG Petronas team - image from redbull.com.

What old hobby have you brought back to your life?

Enjoy your weekend
