There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Some days you have a really sh.. day

Some days you have a really sh.. day.

Some days it's hard to keep moving forward.

Some days you just can't find a positive perspective.

Some days it's okay to just be kind to yourself and take it easy.

There is a difference between keep moving forward for the sake of it AND stop for a while so that you can actually keep moving forward.

I've seen this in myself in the past and with my clients as well, this continuous push to keep going.

Yes, of course, moving forward has its purpose but staying still, being able to relax, and pausing to recuperate is just as important.

That is one of the most important life principles I learned from improving my sleep and sleeping well consistently.

When we're able to relax, pause, and recuperate through great sleep, we're able to accelerate faster and quicker when necessary because we have that reserve to be able to do just that.

What life principles did you learn over the years?

As we come to the close of the year, it's good practice to collect our learnings so these can help and support us in the coming months and years.
