How to discipline myself and wake up to exercise in the morning | Sleep Coach Q&A
This sleep question comes up quite frequently in a different context. When you are tired and not sleeping well, of course, being disciplined in the morning to get out of bed is not the easiest thing to do.
Tiredness often causes a lower level of discipline and motivation just like I mentioned in the video earlier this week, but it's still possible for you to wake up earlier if that is the right thing for you.

Figuring out how to wake up when feeling sleepy is not as difficult as it may sound, so let me know which suggestion you’ll put in place and work on in the coming weeks.
