There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Regular Sleep, Healthy Future - World Sleep Day 19th March 2021

Beatrix A Schmidt - Sleep Coach and Delegate of World Sleep Day 2021

It's my 4th year being a delegate of the World Sleep Day hosted by World Sleep Society.

"World Sleep Day 2021 will incorporate the slogan, ‘Regular Sleep, Healthy Future,’ highlighting sleep’s important place as a pillar of health, connecting regular sleep to healthier physical and mental state in the future. This focus is purposefully broad in meaning, surrounding the message that quality of life can be improved with healthy sleep. Conversely, when sleep fails, health declines, decreasing quality of life. Sound sleep is a treasured function."

(Copied from the World Sleep Day website)

Indeed when we don't sleep well, we are risking our long-term health in so many ways.

But still, in today's day and age so many people are not able to find the practical and effective tools and techniques that will work for them to finally overcome their sleep problems or even insomnia.

I'm so looking forward to joining the other delegates to raise awareness and provide support to those who are not able to sleep well at night and already feeling the health consequences of those sleepless nights.

Make sure you join the newsletter list below and keep in touch so I can share the upcoming events with you.

And of course, if you need help, don't suffer in silence, reach out and let's get you the help and support you need to overcome those sleep problems.
