Proud moments in your life really matter!
When you feel good about yourself and you’re in a good place in life, you tend to sleep better too.
Have you ever notice that?
Not sure about you, but I have so much to be I’m proud of. Those little steps we take, the commitment we have towards growing as a person matters a lot when you look back over the years of our career.
In the last few weeks, I’ve been reviewing the videos that I have recorded since the start of my YouTube Channel back on 1st March 2013 (yes, it’s been a while!).
It’s been over 7 years since I started sharing my knowledge about sleep, and it’s been lots of steps, lots of trial and error, and increasingly lots of time in front of cameras and different audiences.
But the reason I wanted to share this World Sleep Day video documentary from 2018 isn’t just because of me, it’s because there are some wonderful conversations with total strangers about their journey with their sleep and sleep struggles.
I’d encourage you to take a few minutes to reflect back on how far you have come, the good days, the great days, and the shitty ones too. And they don’t even need to be sleep-related.
Once that's done, pat yourself on the back and celebrate!
No matter how small that achievement is.
