There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Back in April 2014, I posted my very first YouTube video (which is still online today). Since that leap of faith, so much has changed. What better way to celebrate the last 10 years on YouTube, then collating the top 10 most viewed videos on my channel and sharing these with you again?

Some of these videos are older, and some of them are more recent but it’s so great to see how these videos continue to help others across the world.  

Of course, these are not the only helpful videos on my YouTube Channel and my website resources.

There are over 140 videos to choose from that I posted over the years.

I’m really looking forward to the next 10 years, helping more and more people to reach practical insomnia and sleep advice.
