There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Magical moments that we cherish forever...

Magical moments that we cherish forever...

Magical moments that we cherish forever...

Waking up in the morning and looking forward to that exciting new adventure is such a special feeling. Just like a child who still believes in Santa, eagerly waiting for the morning.

This part of us is still there and those magical moments that you experienced in your life can just reappear so easily bringing those memories back so quickly.

The newest Lloyds ad - called Forever Forward 60 - does exactly that for me. It reminds me of riding on the beach in Spain watching the sunset which I'll never forget!

The brain is powerful that way, but I think often we underestimate how working on training our brain to 'behave' a certain way is disregarded because we think we're not in charge of it at all.

But that's not true.

I have seen it over the years, how we can be in charge of our responses, our habits, our routines, and build new ways that serve us better.

When was the last time you spend a bit of time reflecting on your daily activities?

Reassessing (NOT overanalyzing) what is working for you and what is clearly not working for you.

Share one thing that you changed in your life that wasn't working for you anymore - join the conversation on LinkedIn
