Links between mental health and sleep problems - 3 of 7 social interactions

Being really impatient with yourself or increasingly irritable with others is not really normal.
Sleep deprivation very often comes with less patience and generally more irritability but at what point is it not 'okay' anymore?
In my opinion, and I’ve seen this through my client work as well, it’s when these really impact your everyday interactions with others and your close relationships.
It's when it becomes increasingly difficult to interact with people, understand their intentions, and even relate to them.
Maybe you think that someone is being unkind to you but in reality, it’s a simple miscommunication that you might just not had the energy to clear up.
These situations don’t only impact your work hours or daytime hours but it often leads to overthinking at night instead of using that time at night to sleep.
How many times did you toss and turn in bed at night because of a social situation that was disturbing you (in the last 6 months)?
If you need help and support overcoming some of these problems, reach out and book yourself in for a Complimentary Sleep Coaching Session.
I’m here to help and support you.
