Is there such thing as 'perfect' sleep?
Is there such a thing as 'perfect' sleep?
This is something I get asked about all the time.
This pursuit for the perfect sleep often causes more problems than inspiration to experiment with new tools and techniques.
I see it time and time again...
Just because you might not fall asleep the moment you hit the pillow doesn't mean that you can't have great quality sleep.
Just because you wake up at night once maybe once every week doesn't mean that you can't have great quality sleep.
And the list goes on and on.
Instead, shift your thinking to achieving great quality sleep consistently.
Great sleep doesn't mean it has to be perfect every night.
Focusing on great sleep gives you the ability to recognize what works better on the days when you are under more pressure as an example.
Being aware of these things is what gives you the opportunity to enjoy great quality sleep consistently vs aiming for perfection and missing the 'mark' night after night.
So what do you think great quality sleep means to you?
