When you struggle with insomnia or other sleep problems, feeling demotivated in the morning is really often the case. So in this video, we talk about how to stop feeling demotivated and I’ll share some practical things that you can do to stop snoozing in the morning and wake up naturally.
There are three parts to this video: the first one is how to stop feeling tired in the morning physically, then we move on to the second part which is about stopping feeling negative in the morning, and finally the third part which is about being mentally slow in the morning.
All of these three parts work together to help you wake up easier and faster in the morning. All of the examples and suggestions I mention in this video are ways to wake up easier and I've used them with clients over the years.
