If you feel wired but can’t sleep at night then this video is for you. I often work with clients who feel like they go to bed tired but can’t sleep at night because of this feeling of wired mind at night or overthinking at night. 

I used to have the same problem when I can struggling with insomnia many years ago now, but I still remember how frustrating it was to be awake because of this wired mind at night. Of course, there can be many reasons why you have racing thoughts at night, so we’ll just focus on a more general approach in this video. 

Not knowing how to stop racing thoughts at night is a very common problem that many of my previous clients struggled with so let’s talk about where to begin with a few practical steps from this video.
