There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

How to sleep when grieving - my personal experience with sleeping while grieving

How to sleep when grieving or no matter what happens in your life.

This video was ‘inspired' by what I learnt after my mum passed away.

Even though I learnt a lot about sleep and insomnia over the years and became a sleep coach during this difficult time, I learnt a few more things about how to sleep well no matter what happens in your life. You see your sleep when grieving will be quite different, simply because your emotions will be affecting everything.

Grieving and sleeplessness is not news for sure, many people have experienced significant life events that are similar but often these are shorter term and easier to return to normal sleep patterns. Knowing how to sleep when someone dies is quite a unique life event full of emotions and difficult situations to go through.

Over the years I had the experience of losing someone but it was not even comparable to receiving the news that my mum passed away in October 2020.

This is why I wanted to share this video, to help you as a sleep coach and sleep specialist. So that this type of life event doesn’t end up developing into insomnia and longer term sleep deprivation.

I hope this video sleep guide and my sleep advice will help you overcome your sleep problems and even overcome insomnia that might have been triggered by losing someone.
