As we’re getting closer to the holiday season with Christmas and New Year is only a few weeks away, let’s talk about how you can prepare yourself and your sleep so you don’t end up exhausted before the end of the year.
It can be a bit of a challenging task to manage your insomnia during the holidays so in this video I’ll share some sleep tips for the holidays. As you might have seen in my other videos as well, let’s talk about actual ways you can prepare your sleep for Christmas and for the festive season.
Recently this has come up with both one to one clients and in my group programme as well. Just like so many people, you’re probably also noticing that you’re getting a bit busier as we’re heading towards the end of the year. And of course, this is not surprising! This time of the year it’s very easy to get caught up in overcommitting which can result in your sleep problems getting worse.
But getting through the holiday season and managing your sleep comes down to a few practical things that you can plan ahead for.
