There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

I often get asked about the best position to sleep in for long-term insomnia or sleep problems so in today's video, I’ll walk you through a few steps I use in my private sleep coaching practice.

The best sleep position is a very commonly talked about topic in the sleep world, there are so many articles and advice about it from different practitioners depending on their background.

But when it comes to the best sleep position for insomnia or other long-term sleep problems we have take a few things into account. Finding the best sleep position to sleep in for you will start with honouring what is going on for you physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s not just about the best position to sleep in!

To help yourself sleep in a new position takes time and training, but it is completely possible to train your body to sleep in a more beneficial position at night.

So let's walk through how to train yourself to sleep in a new position whether it is on your back, on your side or any other preference you might have.

With any sleep training, we have to take into account physical, mental and emotional players that create the optimised relaxation. Without that optimised relaxation it is much less likely that you'll overcome your sleep problems or insomnia in any sleep position.

I hope that his video and the other videos I shared with you today will help you to look at this choice in a practical way.
