There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

11:54 Conclusion to World Sleep Day and finding services to support you

Friday, 15th March 2024 is World Sleep Day so in today’s video we're going to talk about how you can find sleep services around the world and more importantly locally. This will help you to connect with other practitioners or even explore my more sleep coaching services.

World Sleep Day is an annual event organised by the World Sleep Society. Its aim is to raise awareness about sleep problems, sleep disorders, and anything sleep related really.

I've been a delegate of World Sleep Day since 2018 so this will be my 7th year.

In today's video, I also share with you the sleep coaching services I offer so that you can explore those depending on your situation.

When it comes to the day itself, we have a new theme for each year and this year's theme is Sleep Equity for Global Health. Now this is definitely more of a general theme but it doesn't stop us as a sleep community to provide opportunity for you to connect with practitioners and clinics around the globe.

So if you're looking for sleep help for insomnia, a sleep help talk, sleep advice or even a sleep course, this is a very good opportunity to utilise.

Learning to sleep well, developing practical sleep skills or accessing sleep self help videos as an example can be a great way for you to get started. When it comes to sleep for adults, the options are endless really. So World Sleep Day will give you a great opportunity to start learning how to overcome insomnia naturally.

Whether or not you become part of my community or any of my programmes, I wish you all the very best in finding a support system that will help you overcome your insomnia or other long-term sleep problems.
