How to change bad sleeping habits

In today’s video, we’ll talk about the process I use in my practice to help people change bad sleep habits or poor sleep habits. Answering the question about how to change bad sleeping habits is something that most practitioners approach in different ways. 

I have seen so many sleep habits over the years of working with people to help them overcome insomnia and sleep problems that have been around for a long time. So teaching others how to change sleep habits is something I do every single day. Leaving behind old habits is how you can improve your sleep and even overcome sleep problems or insomnia. 

Learning how to improve your sleep comes down to a few steps that I teach my clients. But what’s important first is that you don’t self-diagnose but seek an assessment if you have long-term issues with sleep. Not every sleep habit change is going to work for everyone, just like I explained in today’s video.

The easiest way to change sleep habits comes down to just a few things that are very practical. It doesn’t have to be complicated or overly difficult.
