There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Does work-life 'balance' really exist in your life?

Does work-life 'balance' really exist in your life?

Does work-life 'balance' really exist in your life?

Over the years I heard many people talk about it, read many articles about it, and had many debates in conversations...

Since I started researching sleep, over 10 years ago, trying to find the answer to all my sleep problems at the time, I realized that this work-life balance many of us wanted to achieve is a bit of a misleading proposition...

I spoke to so many people over the years who were trying so hard to have the perfect work-life balance, yet not sleeping well and waking up tired or even exhausted.

So I came up with my own redefined answer which is more to do with how well you have done during your waking hours and how well you slept at night.

Not surprisingly, I called it life-sleep balance.

It made sense to my clients, it was practical and it helped them to figure out what are those priorities during their days that were non-negotiable but also lead to having a fulfilling day and a restful sleep at night.

We can all learn to stand grounded because we know how to sleep well at night and achieve what are the most important things for us.

Those are tangible and practical things, not a balancing act.

I'd love to hear your views on this
