How can sleep coaching help in overcoming insomnia and other sleep problems?

Of course, I can rave about why I love what I do and why you should listen, but there is nothing better than hearing from the clients that I have worked with.

It still makes me emotional (but in a great way) every time I read a new testimonial from a client.

Today is no exception.

During the pandemic, we all had to deal with a new type of life and I'm so proud of my clients for going through these major challenges, yet being able to master their sleep and overcome their sleep problems.

So this particular testimonial is definitely a great example of what is possible especially during challenging times.

The practicalities of those sleep skills that I teach my clients stay with them for many years even after our work, helping and supporting them throughout their entire life.

That is the power of good sleep coaching, the merge of techniques, and the scale of the work doesn't only help with overcoming sleep problems but improves many other areas of life too.

Leah's story: 

I had struggled with sleep for 5 years, still awake until 3am most nights. In the first session, Beatrix was quickly able to establish the areas I needed to focus on.

Just putting some simple changes in place, within two weeks I managed to get additional sleep. Within 6 weeks I was sleeping every night moving from average 3 hours to 6 hours sleep every night and it has continued to improve. After 3 months I am now sleeping 6-7 hours most nights.
 
You definitely have to be prepared to be open and honest in order for Beatrix to really get under the skin of what is causing the sleep issues, but she has also helped me in other parts of my life, particular creating more work/life balance, giving me so much more time for myself.
