Over the last 7 years, I worked with so many clients like you who wanted to know what are the 3 factors that cause insomnia and how you can overcome chronic insomnia.

So let’s look at what these 3 causes of insomnia are and how these factors that cause insomnia can help you figure out how to overcome chronic insomnia naturally.

I’ll break down the 3 factors that cause insomnia (or factor groups) that are the basis of the Speilman 3P model that is part of the CBTi approach to treating chronic insomnia naturally and successfully. 

Knowing which factor relates to you will help you to figure out what causes insomnia in your case and how you can build a practical plan to finally overcome your insomnia problems. And I’ll also give you examples of the predisposing factors for insomnia, precipitating factors for insomnia, and perpetuating factors for insomnia from my client work.
