What does "peaceful and recharging sleep" mean to you?

If I said the words "peaceful and recharging sleep", what would it mean to you personally?
Over the years, I worked with so many different clients who answered this same question in various ways.
I remember how curious I got about each answer.
It clearly showed that even if we think of great quality sleep, everyone wants to get something different out of it which relates to what they want to achieve during the day.
Here is what it means to me:
The nights when I know I will have the best sleep is when I go to bed with a clear mind (none of those racing thoughts).
Naturally, our brain doesn't 'switch off' at night, so sometimes those thoughts come back in uninvited, but over the years I have learned how to keep them in check properly?
So what does sleep like that mean to you?
As another example: recently one of my clients said that for him, it was more to do with how sharp his memory and concentration were now that he sleeps well.
Can't wait to see your answers!
Enjoy your day
