What are you most proud of?

Who knew that this image on a sunny day in Dulwich Park in London (taken back in 2014 by Charlie Round-Turner) will change my life so much?!

It's not always easy to find things that we are proud of, especially when we are going through emotional ups and downs.

But being internally proud without the pat on the back from someone else is a really important part of being peaceful inside and out.

It also helps to sleep better, whether or not you believe it.

The last 7 years... since publishing the core of my sleep methodology - The Sleep Deep Method® - has been a 'hell of a ride' for the good and the not so good.

But one of the proudest moments was that I was brave enough to stand by what I believe in and hit that 'Publish' button.

The second proudest moment is that I kept on going, even in times of criticism and the real downs of running my own business.

It's not always easy to stand up for what we believe in, and continue to pursue something that others want to convince you will never work out.

But when you truly believe that it matters, you have no choice but to keep going, against all the external and sometimes internal voices.

Now it's your turn, reflect on what you are most proud of no matter how small that is.
