Most people I’ve met over the last 10 years have never had a proper sleep assessment with a trained professional. With so much information online, it’s easy to jump to conclusions about what’s causing your sleep problems.

Many people come to me after trying all sorts of solutions without success. That doesn’t mean you’re beyond help - it just means the advice you’ve followed so far wasn’t tailored to your needs. In this appointment, we’ll focus on what really applies to you and how you can finally start sleeping well again.

1. Talk through your personal sleep history

You'll have time to share what’s really been happening with your sleep over the months or even years. Many of my clients tell me they’ve carried these struggles silently, convinced no one would understand, or that they had to “just push through.” You’ll be able to talk openly about what your nights actually look like. We’ll also explore what you’ve already tried, from supplements and trackers to strict routines or medical advice, and why these may not have brought lasting change.
