We'll then go through the step-by-step practical guide that I use to help my clients , whose mind (or brain) is highly active, to develop Sleep Skills for life that work.

How long will this online class be?

We'll spend 90 minutes together. I'll start by talking about a few absolutely foundational basics you need to know in order to successfully overcome your long-term insomnia and sleep problems. We'll then spend the rest of the time answering your questions. 

Is the online class recorded?

Yes, absolutely, the recording of this online class will be available to view but only if you have registered to the class.

I can't make it to the live event, can I still submit my questions?

You can submit your questions as part of the registration process. This way you can still find out the answers through watching the recording of the class afterwards. 

Can I join from my phone? 

Yes, you can join the Zoom class from your mobile as well as laptop or PC. Please ensure that you know how to use Zoom so you can avoid last minute issues joining the live class. Please note, we're not able to help you problem solve tech issues on the day, so it's best to be proactive.
