What to do when my partner moving around wakes me up at night?

There can be many reasons why you initially wake up at night from your partner waking you up simply because you’re waking up to movements or waking up to noises. 

In this video, we look at what to do when your disturbed sleep at night is caused by either noises or movements from your partner or the person you share a bed with. Sleeping with someone in the same bed of course influences our sleep but not as negatively as you might think. 

Noises or movements can wake you up at night but it’s more the fact that you can’t fall asleep after waking up and might even become frustrated. If you wake up in the middle of the night and feel frustrated because of these scenarios, then this video is for you.
