There is no such thing as 'quick', 'easy' and 'effortless' but...

Of course, you can also learn those practical ways that you can overcome your sleep problems and insomnia too.

Since 2014, I have published many articles and videos to help you get to know your sleep better and overcome sleep problems and even insomnia. Some of the videos are recorded at previous talks or simply answering a question from my audience on a particular topic.

On this page, you will find the most recently published resource.

Sleep Q&A: Should I stay in bed when I’m awake at night

Sleep Q&A: Should I stay in bed when I’m awake at night?

In this episode of the Sleep Q&A, I answer one of the most frequently asked sleep questions about waking up in the night.

If you have trouble staying asleep at night, you’re probably asking yourself: should I stay in bed if I can't sleep or should I get out of bed, if I can’t sleep. These are the two versions of the same question that I answer in today's video.

Getting out of bed at night will depend on the sleep triggers and the extent of the problem you have meaning you can’t stay asleep at night. You see trouble staying asleep at night can have various root causes, just like I explained it in a different video earlier this week. So watch that video too, if you’re struggling to stay asleep at night.
