What we'll cover during this live Masterclass

You might already know that one of the factors that affect how much sleep you really need is your age or how tired you are, but there are 'surprisingly' other important factors that you probably haven't even considered.

During this Masterclass and Q&A, we will go through all the different factors that I have seen over the years so that you can work out the optimal amount of sleep for you.

Sleep basics

First we'll go through the sleep basics to help you understand why you might not be getting enough hours of sleep at night

What is 'enough'?

We all hear news about getting between 7-9 hours of sleep but let's look at what is enough sleep for you personally.

How to make it happen

We'll look at how you can finally get enough quality and quantity hours of sleep at night consistently.

About Beatrix

Having struggled with insomnia and burning myself out in my mid-twenties, I spent the last 10 years researching sleep and learning that in order for us to sleep well at night, we need to look much deeper than just how tired we are and the number of hours we sleep.

I believe that sleeping well at night is a skill that we can all develop.

(The only exception is if you have a medical disorder that causes those sleep problems.)

Over the last 6 years as a sleep coach, professional speaker and the author of The Sleep Deep [email protected] I've been helping professionals overcome their sleep problems and insomnia.
